Matcha Colada Smoothie Bowl

Start your morning off right with an energizing superfood smoothie bowl! This recipe is packed with vitamins, antioxidants & all the amazing benefits of MATCHAScreen Shot 2016-01-11 at 12.16.11 PM

Matcha is a stone-ground powdered green tea. It has 10x the antioxidants of regular green tea, which will help boost your immune system during these winter months.

It is a great tea to incorporate into your diet, & can be used in any of your favorite smoothie recipes! Enjoy!



  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup greens of your choice (spinach, or kale)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 TSP matcha


  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into bowl & top with your favorite toppings (fresh fruit, almonds, coconut, chia seeds, etc.)
  4. Enjoy!
