This simple recipe offers antioxidants, fiber, protein, Vitamin C…everything you need to for a fulfilling breakfast! It will also purify skin, lower blood pressure, boost metabolism & improve heart health. Below are the following benefits that each ingredient offers:


  • SPINACH – anti-inflammatory, fiber rich, Vitamin E & A, rich in iron & calcium
  • BANANA – potassium, improves bone health, helps digestion, & fiber rich
  • HONEYDEW – Vitamin C & B, improves skin health, fiber rich, hydrating
  • WHEY PROTEIN – aids weight loss, builds muscle, easy to digest & absorb
  • MATCHA – antioxidants, energy, boosts metabolism & immune system




  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup Honeydew
  • 1 frozen Banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (we recommend whey or plant-based protein)
  • 1/2 TSP Matcha
  • 1 cup almond milk
