Matcha Berry Smoothie Bowl

Get blending & try our new favorite Matcha Recipe…MATCHA BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL. It features our ceremonial grade RASPBERRY MATCHA, that’s blended with natural raspberry extract. What’s not love about a quick DIY breakfast that’s anti-inflammatory, antioxidant rich, burns fat & packed with fiber?



  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 TSP Raspberry Matcha
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder


  1. Add all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend on high until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour into your favorite breakfast bowl.
  4. Top with fun healthy ingredients like chia seeds, shredded coconut, dried fruit etc.
  5. ENJOY!

  • 1 TBS Organic Matcha 
  • 4 TBS melted butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 TSP salt
  • 1/2 TSP baking soda


  1. In a blender, mix eggs and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Add honey, salt & baking powder and blend for about 30 seconds.
  3. Gradually add coconut flour, and mix well until batter is smooth and lump-free.
  4. Let batter sit for at least 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Cook in belgian waffle maker & enjoy!

*We recommend topping it with fresh fruit, shredded coconut, & a drizzle of nut butter!*

Vanilla Matcha Overnight Oats

A great way to start your day is with a healthy breakfast that’s rich in fiber, vitamins, & protein to give you energy until lunchtime“Breakfast is the most important meal of the day” isn’t just a common phrase we grew up hearing…it’s true!

We have a simple & easy breakfast recipe to share with you, VANILLA MATCHA OVERNIGHT OATS!

It’s healthy, packed with antioxidants & fiber, gives long-lasting energy, and will satisfy your hunger until lunch. The best part is…you can make it the night before & it only takes 5 MINUTES! Enjoy a stress-free morning and a delicious healthy breakfast!





  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (gluten-free oats work too)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 TSP Organic Matcha 
  • 1 TSP vanilla extract


  1. Whisk 1 TSP Matcha in 3/4 cup of almond milk until fully dissolved.
  2. Add all ingredients into a Mason Jar & stir well.
  3. Add your choice of fruit, shredded coconut, chia seeds, etc. (any yummy toppings work)
  4. Store in fridge overnight.
  5. Pour into bowl the next morning or eat it on-the-go & drizzle it with honey or your favorite nut butter.
  6. ENJOY!!
