  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 TSP Raspberry Matcha
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder


  1. Add all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend on high until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour into your favorite breakfast bowl.
  4. Top with fun healthy ingredients like chia seeds, shredded coconut, dried fruit etc.

Matcha smoothie



  • 1 organic banana
  • 16 oz of ice
  • 1/4 TSP organic Matcha powder
  • 1 TBS organic honey
  • 4 oz under-boiled water


  1. Whisk Matcha in 4 oz of under-boiled water until fully dissolved, then add honey.
  2. Add ice, banana, and Matcha to blender.
  3. Blend for about 60 seconds until it has a smooth creamy texture.
  4. Sip, & enjoy the magic of MATCHA!
